Privacy Rights
Last updated: June 11, 2026
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you have rights over your personal information. We extend these rights to all DesignGrid users regardless of location.
Your rights
Access & portability. Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Correction. Update your name and email yourself from your account page; ask us to fix anything you can’t edit.
Deletion. Ask us to delete your account and the personal information associated with it. Customers can also delete individual designs (including their proof history) directly in the portal.
Objection & restriction. Object to or ask us to restrict processing where the law provides for it.
No sale, no targeted ads. We do not sell personal information and do not serve targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
A note for shop customers
If you are a customer of a print shop that uses DesignGrid, the shop is the primary controller of your relationship with it. For requests about your designs and history with a specific shop, you can contact the shop directly through its portal’s message thread — or contact us and we’ll coordinate with the shop.
How to make a request
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, telling us which right you want to exercise. We verify requests against the account email, respond within 30 days, and never discriminate against you for exercising a right.
For background on what we collect in the first place, see the Privacy Policy.
