Stuck on something? Here’s the fastest path to an answer, whether you run a shop on DesignGrid or you’re a customer of one.
Customers of a print shop
For anything about your designs, proofs, or orders — artwork changes, approval questions, timelines — message your shop directly: every portal has a Messages page, and the shop’s staff are notified immediately. They know your job; we don’t.
Can’t sign in? Use Forgot password on your shop’s sign-in page, or the Resend verification email button on your account page if your email isn’t verified yet.
Shop owners and staff
For platform questions — billing, custom domains, branding, inviting staff, or anything that looks like a bug — email us and include your shop’s name or subdomain. Screenshots help.
We aim to respond within one business day.
Common quick fixes
Verification email didn’t arrive? Check spam, then use the resend button on your account page.
Custom domain not working? DNS changes can take up to an hour; the Settings page shows the records to set and the current verification status.
Wrong email on your account? Change it from your account page — the switch completes when you confirm from the new address.
