Terms of Service
Last updated: June 11, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of DesignGrid — the proofing platform that lets print shops and their customers create, review, and approve garment designs (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Shop owners are additionally responsible for the staff members they invite and the roles they assign.
2. Shops and their customers
DesignGrid hosts a branded portal for each print shop. The shop — not DesignGrid — is responsible for its relationship with its customers, including pricing, fulfillment, product quality, and the handling of any orders placed outside the Service. Customer accounts are scoped to the shop they were created with.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of artwork, photos, and other content you upload. You grant DesignGrid a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service (for example, rendering your artwork onto garment mockups and generating proofs). You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload, and you must not upload content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access another shop’s or user’s data, disrupting the Service, circumventing rate limits or security controls, or using the Service to send spam. We may suspend accounts or shops that violate these Terms.
5. Subscriptions and trials
Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. New shops may start with a free trial; no payment method is required during the trial, and nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan. We may change plan pricing or features with reasonable advance notice.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination we will make reasonable efforts to allow export of your data for a limited period before deletion.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DesignGrid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material we will give notice (for example, by email or an in-app notice) before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
